Privacy Policy

1. Data we store

• Account data: username, email, and password (stored as a hash).
• Project content: briefs, slide text, captions, and images you upload or generate.
• Credit and usage history, used to calculate and refund credits.
• Your Motion waitlist email, if you sign up, plus the page language you used.

2. How we use data

We use data to run the service: creating and saving carousels, calculating credits, preventing abuse, and emailing you about Motion if you joined the waitlist.

3. AI model providers

To generate text and images, your briefs and project content are sent to the AI model providers we use, through a single gateway provider. Data is sent only to produce the output you asked for.

The list of providers and their data retention terms will be listed here before public launch.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Images are kept private and are only reachable through short-lived signed links. Sign-in uses an httpOnly cookie.

5. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. A contact for these requests will be listed before public launch.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language preference cookie (lang) that remembers your ID or EN choice for one year. We don't use advertising cookies.
