1. Failed runs
If a generation or AI-assisted edit fails, the credits reserved for it are refunded to your account automatically. You don't need to file a request.
2. Output you're not happy with
If a run completes, credits are used according to actual usage. You can edit the text and regenerate a slide; regenerating uses credits again and the estimate shows first.
3. Credit purchases
Payments are not open yet, so there are no purchases to refund. Refund terms for purchases will be added before payments open.
